About our AX 2012 Instructors

Joris de Gruyter - MCT, MCITP, Technical Services Supervisor, Sikich LLP

Mr. de Gruyter holds AX development certifications since Dynamics AX 3.0, and is currently a Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Certified Trainer through Dynamics AX 2009 development. Joris has 10 years of experience with Dynamics AX working as a developer and technical consultant for VAR's and ISV's in Europe and North America. He participated in the AX 2012 beta program, closely working with Microsoft Program Managers on select AX 2012 technical topics, including written works and presenting hands-on-labs at the first ever Microsoft Dynamics AX Technical Conference, which was held at the Microsoft Redmond Campus in January 2011.

As a certified trainer, Joris is actively involved in the AX 2012 readiness program, by evaluating and provideing feedback on the AX 2012 manuals and training courses as they are being developed, participating in TTT (train-the-trainer) sessions and other Certified Trainer community events.

Joris' extensive AX experience in developing, training and architecting new implementations and upgrades along with his AX 2012 beta involvement make him a unique and valuable resource.

Evert Bos, MCT, MCITP, CPIM, Sr. Solution Architect, Streamline Systems

Mr. Bos is a senior implementation specialist, client manager, and project manager. He teaches and implements general business practices in relation to integrated ERP computer systems. Evert has 25+ years in consulting and project management expertise and experience in all applications including, but not limited to CRM, Sales and Operations Planning, Master Scheduling, Lean and Demand Flow, JIT, Capacity Planning, Field Service, Procurement, Warehouse and Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Distribution, Equipment Management, Job Cost, Contract Billing, and Change Management. He has successfully implemented ERP systems in both public and private sectors, with extensive experience in Engineer to Order, complex manufacturing environments.

As a certified trainer, Evert is also actively involved in the AX 2012 readiness program, evaluating and providing feedback on the AX 2012 manuals and training courses as they are being developed, participating in the TTT (train-the-trainer) sessions and other Certified Trainer community events.

Evert's Industry knowledge coupled with his extensive Dynamics AX experience will add significant value to the training experience. Mr. Bos is also fluent in several languages, including German, Spanish and Polish.

Michelle Williams, MCT, MCITP, Sr. Financial Consultant, Streamline Systems

Ms. Williams is a senior financial consultant, advisory consultant, tax specialist and project manager. She has achieved master level certification in Dynamics AX (versions 3.0 through AX 2009). Michelle also has over 25 years of experience in finance including various positions within manufacturing companies such as Controller, International Accounting Supervisor. She has successfully implemented ERP solutions in the public and private sector with extensive experience in industrial manufacturing.

Michelle has been deeply involved in AX 2012 readiness program participating in TTT (train-the-trainer) sessions and other Certified Trainer Community events. She brings deep industry and financial knowledge and extensive Dynamics AX experience to her financial training sessions.
