Joe Furgerson – Managing Director

Joe has extensive experience in high technology marketing and high growth environments, and currently works as an investor and consultant to high potential startups. Streamline Systems is focused on being the leading implementer of Microsoft Axapta systems for the industrial equipment manufacturing sector. Streamline sees high potential in complementing the relationships and software sales and support skills of the traditional Microsoft channel with Streamline Systems’ expertise and history in implementing complex ERP installations for the industrial equipment manufacturing sector.

Joe’s industry focus has been networking, with extensive experience at both 3Com and Juniper Networks. At Juniper Networks, as Vice President of Marketing, he began the marketing function and managed it through Juniper’s introduction to the market and rapid growth. Juniper pioneered the creation of routers purpose-built for the Internet, and played a considerable role in enhancing the scale and performance of the Internet. Joe’s education consists of a Bachelor of Arts from Claremont Men’s College, graduate work in computer science at ASU, and a Master’s of Business Administration from Stanford University.

Larry Cohn – VP Business Development/Senior Partner

Larry has 25 years of experience in high technology, with extensive experience in creating businesses focused on implementing ERP systems with a high degree of customer satisfaction. He started Streamline Systems in 1994, supporting the Rocky Mountain Region. In 1996, Streamline Systems was involved in a joint venture with Paul & Jan Baan to build a national privately owned Baan software reseller, Baan Business Systems MidAmerica. Within 3 years, this company became the #1 Baan reseller in the US, selling over $13 million in software and generating over $25M in total revenues. The company focused on the “machine building industry”, and used experts in manufacturing and finance to successfully understand and implement customer processes in the Baan ERP system. Larry is now focused on migrating this industry solution onto the Microsoft Axapta platform.

Before starting his own business, Larry worked for IBM for 13 years. As a sales executive, Larry exceeded his sales objective every year. By education, Larry is an Industrial Engineer. He worked as an engineer with IBM for four years before moving into sales. Larry’s education consists of a BA in Business from Claremont Men’s College with an MS and BS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.

Al Galinot – VP Professional Services/Senior Partner

Al was also a founder of Streamline Systems. Al has extensive experience in building service organizations, with a consistent record of implementing complex systems with a high degree of customer satisfaction. He built a practice of 60 outstanding consultants focusing on helping companies achieve business benefits through the implementation of business software. Al has been intimately involved in helping Streamline Systems develop their Industrial Equipment Solution. He is continuing and improving this solution over to the Microsoft Axapta application. Before coming to Streamline Systems, he led the implementation services group at Global Commerce.

Al has 25 years management experience in large-scale ERP systems, including design and installation. He has extensive experience in operations research and consulting in the manufacturing sector, as well as operations management experience in Europe and the United States. Al held various senior executive level positions with firms in the United States and Europe, which included a division for AMF where he was Managing Director – European Operations. Galinot holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Husson College, and a Masters of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

Colleen Redington – Professional Services Manager

Colleen is a certified ERP Project Manager with twenty years experience in Financial Management, twelve of which are in ERP implementations. Her ERP experience has been in both domestic and international companies in a wide variety of industries including robotics, heavy machinery, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and financial services. She is a creative and proven problem solver in a variety of complex business environments.

In her position as Profession Services Manager, she leads a team of industry expert consultants that work to help our clients improve their business operations with the Microsoft Dynamics AX software. She was actively involved in building the consulting team. As a Project Manager at Streamline, Colleen managed multiple global implementation projects.

Before joining Streamline in 2005, Colleen worked for Oracle/PeopleSoft for four years implementing ERP and EPM systems for Multinational clients. Prior to that, she was a senior financial consultant with Baan Business Systems. Her prior experience was as an Investment Analyst for Trammell Crow Company.

Colleen has a BS in Finance from Indiana University, an MBA from University of Texas/ Dallas, and is a Certified Public Account.
